Twenty-six solid-wood blocks, every face carrying a letter, with a balance of vowels to consonants chosen so a child can actually spell something. Upper and lowercase letters appear together, so the same set grows with a new reader.

Stack them, sort them, or line them up to build a name and then a first short word. The printed drawstring bag keeps the set together and turns tidy-up into part of the game.

What's in the box

  • 26 solid-wood letter blocks
  • Each block decorated on all 6 faces
  • Upper and lowercase letters
  • Printed drawstring storage bag

Great product quality, good print, comes with storage bag, would make great gift!

Mentari Toys have really been a great find lately. This is my 4th Mentari Toys product. I've been pleased with all of them and this is no exception. These would make an ideal gift for a new baby, toddler, birthday, or just fun. The blocks are a good size for small hands. They're well printed. I don't really feel like they're a choking hazard. The print is clear, consistent, and colorful. These will be great not only for letter practice, but for little builds, too. Stacking practice is just as important as learning letters! These also come with a nice storage back, which I appreciate. Keeping sets together can be hard, especially with multiple kids and short attention spans.Overall, I would recommend this. It's a good value and offers varied educational options, while keeping a nice clean aesthetic. Any non screen time learning is a win in my book!

Great Letter Blocks

Got these letter blocks for my 2 yr old to start playing with, as she's starting to learn letters, and likes stacking things. I'm sure there are hundreds of manufacturers making letter blocks, and I'm not really sure what makes one company stand out over another besides shape and maybe texture. These are true wood blocks, and they feel like pretty high quality. The finish on them is good, and there are no splinter risks anywhere. This is great because as a toddler parent, everything is at risk of going in the mouth at one point or another. I think these will last pretty well. The paint for the letters looks good and apparently adheres to good safety standards. Given that these are made in indonesia and apparently designed in britain, I think I'll trust them. The bag they come in is super useful and is a great way to store them. Only major issue I have is that they are quite expensive. I'm sure this is due to the fact that they're solid wood and conform to safety standards, but it is still a big pill to swallow at over 1 dollar per block. I think my daughter will love these for years to come.
