Q: Are our products safe?

All of our products meet the European, American, Australian and New Zealand standard safety of toys according to EN71, ASTM and AS/NZS ISO. All our products carry the CE marking and are tested to the highest standards.

Q: Where are the products made?

All our products are made in our factory in Indonesia. Our manufacturing process - drying of the wood, cutting, and painting is all undertaken at our factory all at the same location. 

We have been awarded the ICTI seal of approval and strive to maintain ethically high standards throughout our organisation.

Q: Do our toys have FSC certification?

Our environmental responsibility is reflected in our choice of materials: we use plantation wood from the rubber industry, a resource we upcycle into toys, thereby preventing its disposal through burning. This practice means we are not FSC certified, as their guidelines are geared towards forest wood. We believe our method of transforming discarded resources into high-quality toys through upcycling represents an even more proactive approach to sustainability than the FSC certification process, which can involve the initial clearing of forests.

Our toys are made from SVLK-certified reclaimed rubber wood, sourced from rubber trees that no longer produce latex. For every tree we reclaim, we plant a new one—continuing the cycle of regeneration.

Wipe the toy gently with a damp cloth, then dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid using chemicals or disinfectants, as they may damage the non-toxic paint and wood. Keep away from humidity and direct sunlight.

Q: Are there replacement parts available?

Replacement parts are available for some of our toys.
