FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED BY CUSTOMERS

Where Are Mentari Toys Made?

All Mentari Toys are proudly crafted in our dedicated factory in Indonesia. For over 30 years, this facility has been the heart of our operation, where our passionate team works tirelessly to bring imaginative and fun toys to life. By overseeing the entire process, from design to production, in this single location, we ensure the highest quality and maintain the unique charm of each toy.

Are Mentari Toys Safe?

Absolutely! Safety is paramount at Mentari. Our toys meet rigorous international safety standards, including EN71, ASTM, SOR and AS/NZS ISO. We use non-toxic paint and conduct thorough quality control checks. Our commitment to safety means you can trust that our toys are not only fun but also safe for your child to play with.

Are Mentari Toys Sustainable?

Yes, sustainability is a cornerstone of our brand. We use rubber wood, a by-product of the latex industry, in our toys. This approach allows us to repurpose materials that might otherwise be wasted. Additionally, for every tree used in our toy production, we plant a new one, contributing to reforestation efforts. Our commitment to sustainability ensures that our toys are not just enjoyable but also kind to the planet.

How Do I Clean Mentari Toys?

Wipe the toy gently with a damp cloth and remove the remaining moisture with a dry cloth. Avoid chemicals and disinfectants as they may damage the non-toxic paint and wood. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.

Are There Replacement Parts Available?

Replacement parts are available for some of our toys. If you need a replacement part, please contact our customer service team with the toy model and part required.
