Refund policy

At Mentari, we care about your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of the sale date for a refund of your purchase price (less shipping and any applied discounts).


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeline: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. They must be in the original packaging with all instructions intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to support@mentari.toys to request a return.

2. Damages and Defects

If your items are defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@mentari.toys.

  • Exchange: We replace items if they are defective or damaged when received, subject to our discretion.
  • Prepaid Labels: For confirmed defective or damaged items, please contact customer support for a prepaid return label.
  • Important: Please save all original boxes and packaging. This is necessary to file a damage claim with the carrier.

3. How to Return Your Package

To return your item(s), please pack them securely and include the original packing slip. You can use the original shipping box if possible.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation) or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Timing: Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve done all this and still have not received it, contact us at our email.

5. Non-Returnable Goods (Final Sale)

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale (unless defective).
  • Discontinued or Closeout items.
  • Special order or custom configuration items.
  • Items with obvious signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
